“Hey, look, Ms. Harrington is actually updating the blog!”
“We still have a blog?”
“I know, right? Way to be a good example, adult.”
“She made it all yellow; what’s that all about?”
“Who knows? She’s probably trying to be edgy.”
Okay, okay, I have let slip my blog-writing responsibilities. In my defense, well…., teaching is hard? I blame Socrates. And, maybe even Philippus Aureolus Theophrastus Bombastus von Hohenheim (Humanities 1 joke; that’s a real person!).
In any event, I’m ready to get things going again around here. You’ll notice I’ve redesigned the blog site. It needed a little seasonal freshening up. I hope you enjoy the more mid-century vibe. I predict it’ll be a solid two months before I’m bored, and I change it again.
There are absolutely a ton of things happening at MVGS right now, and over the next few days I’ll try to highlight some of those goings-on on the blog. A small preview:
- Spring Field Trip plans
- Current PAL group updates
- Preparations for the MVGS Dance
- Exciting updates about the MVGS Foundation
- Times and locations of MVGS Informational Meetings for parents and prospective students
- Intel on the upcoming MVGS World’s Fair
So, stay tuned. I know you’ve all been eagerly checking the blog site every day, hoping and praying for a fresh burst of MVGS information, and I promise that your long season of disappointment is over. Check back tomorrow!
