The MVGS faculty returned to campus on Monday of this week, and we are all excited to begin our new school year. These early days are full of planning calendars, syllabus revisions and orientation planning. Leaving summer behind and mentally preparing for the school year to come is an important bonding process for our staff, and on August 9th and 10th, that work will culminate in our new student orientation program. While we don’t like to disclose our orientation plans in too much depth (lest we spoil the surprises), we are looking forward to meeting and spending time with our new students and with those returning students who are always gracious enough to assist with our orientation.
After our orientation program is complete, make sure you ask your child about our new PAL group initiative, the course they’re most excited about and whether or not they have any questions they’d like to address to our faculty. Faculty and staff will be working diligently to prepare for the school year between now and August 23rd, and we’re all available (and happy) to answer any questions or concerns that might arise after orientation.
If you have any questions or comments you’d like addressed, you can also feel free to leave them in our comments section where one of our faculty will attempt to address them.
